Stay on your current dose if side effects are bothering you or results are steady. Many people stay at 5–10mg long term.

How to use your pen

    Attach a new needle

    Clean the tip with an alcohol swab and screw on a fresh needle.

  2. 2

    Prime the pen

    Dial 2 clicks, point the needle up and press until a drop appears.

  3. 3

    Dial your clicks

    Turn the dial to 30 clicks for 2.5 mg.

  4. 4

    Inject

    Into belly or thigh fat. Press fully and hold for 10 seconds.

  5. 5

    Store

    Remove the needle, recap and keep the pen in the fridge (2 to 8°C).
